General Information

About this event:

Our Sip n Paint evenings are designed with you in mind.  It is evening of fun and creativity where you get to relax and unwind with your friends. No experience is necessary to attend our events, as our wonderful team is on hand to guide you in painting your own work of art to take home and make your evening relaxing and fun. Our artist will guide you for two hours while you unwind, socialise and paint.

 

You don’t need to bring anything, as all the materials you need to paint your masterpiece are provided, include a large, quality canvas.

 

If you’re not feeling the picture we are painting you are most welcome to unleash your creativity and paint your own picture.  Our talented artist will offer as much help as you require.

 

Our artist will take photos through the event for use on our website, social media and for promotions purposes.  Photos from the evening will be added to our social platforms the following day. If you do not wish to be in the photos please let our artist know.

Seating:

We start painting at 7pm.

We advise that larger groups arrive 15 minutes earlier to ensure that all guests are seated together as there is no allocated seating. Alternatively larger groups and birthday bookings are advised to email tracee@asplashocolour.nz with a confirmed guest list and we can reserve an area for you. 

 

Food:

Food is available to purchase, and all our venues have a delicious menu.  Please feel free to purchase food and nibble while painting or arrive earlier and order dinner. 

Cancellations and Refunds

Refund Policy:

We understand that life happens, but unfortunately we are not able to refund or reschedule tickets if you do not turn up for the event.  All tickets are sold on a no refund/no cancellation policy.

You may rebook your ticket for a fee of $20.00 per ticket for a future A Splash of Colour event.  You will need to contact tracee@asplashofcolour.nz 48 hours before the event.

 

Terms and conditions:

At A Splash of Colour we want everyone who attends one of our events to have a fun and creative time.

General:

  • Venues are not BYO, all of our partner venues are licensed  bars and eatery’s where you may purchase alcohol and food.

  • Please be considerate and respectful of other guests and staff.

  • Please refrain from speaking over the artist as this makes for an unpleasant experience for everyone.

  • Rudeness to guests, A Splash of Colours Staff and the venues staff will not be tolerated.  You will be asked to leave and no refund can be given.

  • We are not responsible should any of your things be lost or stolen.
